TANZANIA TO TRANSLATE CONSTITUTION INTO SWAHILI LANGUAGE

It has been announced in the Republic of Tanzania that their Constitution shall from English into Swahili language.

“I see many people are being guilty of many crimes and some crimes are deemed to be avoidable but it’s not with the case of our people.” said President Magufuli.

The Crime rate in Tanzania is very high now and the government thought it wise that maybe it’s as a result of language problem since the legal book is in Swahili language.

There have been cases of rape, Murders, corruption,and even child marriages. The Government has done this after many calls made by the Non-governmental Organizations in the country and outside.

Tanzania is a country with about 90 Millions people and located in the Eastern part of Africa.
